Tuna & Bonito Be Mine

My picky boy usually turns his nose up at anything that isn't chicken, but he licked the bowl clean when I put this minced tuna and bonito out. The gelée holds its shape nicely so it doesn't make a mess, and he actually seems to savor it rather than inhaling it.

The gelée is so delicate it practically melts, and the minced texture is perfect for my senior cat who's missing a few teeth. She cleaned the bowl and gave me that "more, please" stare for a full ten minutes.
