My picky eater usually snubs anything that isn't kibble, but she cleaned the bowl in minutes and was licking her whiskers for a while after. The hand-flaked mackerel was tender and smelled fresh, not overly fishy like other wet foods we've tried.

The flaking is so fine it practically melts into her bowl, and she licks every last bit of the broth clean. Wild-caught saba really does feel like a step up from her usual canned food, she’s been meowing at the pantry since I opened the first tin.

The flaking is so delicate that it looks like actual shredded fish, and the smell isn't overwhelmingly fishy like other canned foods. My picky eater cleaned the bowl in under two minutes, which basically never happens.
